AESLEME premises have a specific space to carry out the following activities:alt
•    Presentations talks on road safety.
•    We develop training courses for our trainers and volunteers: Before starting the school year course, Aesleme prepares an updated its presentations, thereby all our trainers and volunteers met in this boardroom and we give them the new information and presentation. The last meetings were organized in September 2011 and May 2012. We showed them the new audivisual material, updated figures and new issues.
•    In this boardroom, we also receive mayors, councilors and police or city council representatives to illustrate the activities we carry out in schools and sign collaboration agreements with them: In these years, we have received here the Mayor and the Road Safety Councilor of Pozuelo and the Police Representative of this town of Madrid, with whom we have signed a collaboration agreement, as well as with the Mayor of Leganés and Alcorcón.
•    We receive presidents and directors of many enterprises in order to explain them our road safety activities and convince them to be our sponsors. (Mapfre Foundation, as the social part of the insurence Mapfre, develops various activities of road safety and share Road Safety campaigns with AESLEME since 15 years before. Fundación Mapfre also supports some of our own campaigns. Among many other presidents or directors of the foundations of the insurers, we also met with representatives of confederations such as CNAE, with whom we carry out the courses of the “Recuperación del carné por puntos” (courses for recovering driving license points).
•    We receive road safety experts to improve results and share good practices. (Mapfre, Línea Directa, CNAE, DGT, UNESPA, FESVIAL (The Spanish Foundation for Traffic Safety. Fesvial is an independent entity that was created as a social work, in order to prevent accidents, promote sustainable mobility, training and driver education, and study of accidents, as well as investigating appropriate strategies for its prevention. Its objective is to promote measures and develop actions to raise public awareness that together we can reduce the number of accidents on our roads).
•    In our office we have got supplyes, flyers, posters and other divulgative material of road safety to collect and distribute.
•    We have videos, DVDs, books and magazings that people can consult at the office.
•    We organize meetings with relevant organisations on road safety to discuss and share best practices.
•    Everyone who need information or help on road safety/ disability issues can come to our office. This way, people who needs advises or information on how to adapt their houses, or psychological or legal advice after an accident, comes to Aesleme to require assistance. Aesleme receive also people interested in road safety, with questions such as what type of child restraint system to choose or how to choose it, etc).
